Flipboard's Latest Edition Lets You Co-Curate Magazines With Your Friends
June 12, 2013
The flipping popular social magazine app Flipboard has become even more social than it already is. And it's all thanks to the app's latest update, which gives you the ability to invite contributors to help curate your magazines.
To invite contributors who share you passion for whatever subject you're focusing on with your custom Flipboard magazine, just go to your magazine's cover and tap Invite Contributors. You're then prompted to send an email invite to your desired co-curators, who simply have to accept your invitation to begin contributing to your magazine.
If, for some reason, you no longer want any of your co-curators to contribute to your magazine, you can remove him or her from the list of contributors by tapping Edit on the cover.

You can find all of your magazines under My Flipboard, and you can find all of the magazines that you're a co-curator of under Contributor Magazines.
The latest edition of Flipboard is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later.
The ability to create custom magazines was introduced to Flipboard through its 2.0 update last March. Then, a month ago, the app was updated with support for profile pages, which lets you see your readership and curation activity statistics as well as those by others.
