The popular iOS turn-based trivia game Trivie has just received another notable update.
The new update is something of a first anniversary update for Trivie, although Trivie was actually released in June last year:
The Trivie Team is celebrating our 1-year anniversary, thanks to all you smartypants! We've got some exciting new performance improvements and trivia goodies coming at you with this update. Improved game-creation lets you choose your favorite Spotlight game or classic category and get into the game faster than ever! With this update, the Trivie team is also highlighting a few of its newly released Spotlight games. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. There's Bones, the official trivia game based on the hit Fox TV show. There's also Sugar Ray Leonard's Knockout Trivia, the official trivia game of the legendary boxer. And then there's Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop, which challenges you to answer questions about funky music. Introduced in Trivie through its 2.0 update last April, Spotlight games are played with premium categories that can be unlocked via in-app purchase. These categories are created by the Trivie team in partnership with popular celebrities, recording artists, athletes, and media outlets. The latest version of Trivie is available now in the App Store for free. The game is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
