The creators behind Project Gotham Racing and Blur have just unveiled their latest racing game – 2K Drive. And the nice looking project will be arriving in the App Store this fall as a premium title for both the iPhone and iPad.
Promising console-quality graphics, the game will feature licensed cars, real racing locations, and a number of challenges to compete in. Great driving will earn players stars and coins to purchase items like boosts, upgrades, and new cars.
The game will also have a substantial number of multi-player modes for drivers to compete with their friends and other players around the world. Live news feeds in the game are designed to deliver the world of automotive culture with stories, videos, and photo galleries.
Here’s the announcement trailer from developer Lucid. Click here if you can’t see it.
We will definitely let you know if we hear any more about 2K Drive. It looks like a fantastic racing title that could easily command the “premium” pricing of another 2K game – XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
