Add More Liveliness And Excitement To Your Videos With IDEO's Spark Camera

October 12, 2013
The design firm that created Apple's first mouse has just released its first iOS app for grown-ups. I'm referring to IDEO, which has just launched Spark Camera as a follow-up to its iOS apps for kids, Balloonimals and Fisher-Price: See 'n Say. Developed in-house by IDEO's Toy Lab in collaboration with the Digital Shop, Spark Camera looks set to take on Vine and Instagram in the already crowded mobile video-sharing department:
Spark enables you to record, enhance, and share life’s best moments through beautiful HD videos. What ignites a spark in your life? A gorgeous sunrise, an afternoon with friends at the beach, a kid’s smile… whatever it may be, the world is full of inspirational moments; capture them with Spark Camera.
Using a simple and elegant interface, Spark Camera enables you to record multiple clips and string together numerous scenes to come up with up to 30 seconds (five times as long as a Vine video) of 1280 x 720p (twice the resolution of Instagram) video. The app also lets you add music from your library and swipe to change filters during playback of videos. Once you're satisfied with your videos, you can send them to your friends via email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, iMessage, or AirDrop. Spark Camera is available now in the App Store for $1.99. The app is optimized for iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, and fifth-generation iPod touch. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
