Digg has just updated its free, universal iOS app, adding support for a number of iOS 7-only features. Namely, the application now supports the useful - albeit incredibly battery-draining - Background App Refresh, which allows iOS applications to update information in the background, along with Dynamic Text. As a reminder, the latter feature makes it possible for iDevice users to alter the font size on their iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and it works system-wide.
