Target has some impressive Apple-related deals lined up for Black Friday, and most notably, the U.S. retailer is offering customers gift cards when a new iPad, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, or iPod touch (fifth-generation) is purchased.
More specifically, a $100 gift card is offered with every 9.7-inch iPad purchase, while new iPad minis come with a $75 Target gift card. For the fifth-generation iPod touch (16GB), Target is offering customers a $50 gift card, and the iPhone 5s (also 16GB) comes with a $30 gift card.
This means customers can write up to $100 off the cost of a new iDevice on Black Friday, potentially using the gift cards on offer towards the purchase of other holiday-related items.
However, on top of this, Target is also advertising the 16GB iPad Air (Wi-Fi only) for $479, which is $20 less than the price Apple is presently advertising in the Apple Online Store. Though an impressive saving, prospective customers should remember that last year, Apple took $41 off its iPad with Retina display, potentially indicating that a similar offer could be in the cards.
The above prices are set to be available between Nov. 28 and Nov. 30. We'll keep you updated with further information as we receive it.
