Adobe Revel Adds Support For Unlimited Shared Libraries, RAW File Format And More

December 14, 2013
The official iOS app of Adobe Revel, Adobe's cloud-based service for automatically syncing photos and videos across devices, has just been updated with further enhancements. First off, the latest update to Adobe Revel for iOS offers no limits on the number of shared libraries you can create even if you're not a Premium user. It also provides a couple of better ways to share photos. One, Adobe Revel now gives you the option to share an album on the Web immediately after creating it. And two, the app now automatically creates an album and a Web link for it when you share more than 10 photos at a time. The new version of Adobe Revel also adds support for album cover art selection. Just long-press on a photo in an album to make it the album's cover. Finally, Adobe Revel has been updated with RAW file format support for Premium users. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 7.0 or later, the new version of Adobe Revel is available now in the App Store for free. During your first 30 days of using Adobe Revel, you can import as many photos and videos as you want to the service. Beyond that, you will be able to import up to 50 photos and videos only every month. If you want to import as many photos and videos as you want every month, you must avail of a Revel Premium subscription via in-app purchase for $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Adobe Revel was optimized for iOS 7 last October. Prior to that, it was updated with video and PNG support, among other improvements, in September.
