Razer Is Working On Their Own iOS Game Controller
December 6, 2013
Game accessory developer Razer will likely become the third vendor to release a game controller for the iPhone. They would join MOGA and Logitech, who introduced their own controllers in the past few weeks.
As first noted by 9to5Mac, “Leaked photos from @evleaks show it to be similar in appearance to the Logitech controller, though a hinge allows the iPhone to tilt up 45 degrees and, like the MOGA unit, it is said to be equipped with additional buttons on the shoulders of the device. The action buttons are apparently backlit.”

MOGO introduced the “Ace Power” in November, making it the first iOS game controller for the iPhone/iPod touch. The device is compatible with handsets that include a Lightning connector. Logitech’s PowerShell soon followed. Both are priced at around $99.
We’ll continue to follow this story and let you know when Razer officially announces its first iOS game controller.
