Riverman Media's Werewolf-Bashing The Executive Has Got A New Trailer

December 31, 2013

Riverman Media, the developer behind the popular Pizza vs. Skeletons, has a brand new iOS app set for release called The Executive. The game is scheduled to reach the App Store at some point in 2014, however an updated trailer for the application has recently surfaced online.

In the trailer, more of The Executive’s werewolf-bashing gameplay is shown off. The app is essentially a side-scroller, but iDevice users can have their well-dressed protagonist jump between levels (both up and down, and left and right), and standing in his way are fiendish werewolves which must be defeated.

Besides werewolves, you’ll also need to beat up floating skulls, and a number of other ghoulish enemies, too. From what we can tell, the game is graphically impressive and features power-ups designed to help gamers along their way.

Here’s the trailer, see what you think:

Riverman Media’s other app, Pizza vs. Skeletons, was well received back when it first launched in the App Store. In our original review, we praised its control system, graphics, and gameplay, and concluded:

If you’ve read through this and you’re beginning to think that Pizza vs. Skeletons is totally awesome, well, you’re right. Who doesn’t want to play as a delicious 25-foot tall pizza on a mission to rid the world of all the skeletons? Trust me, you want this game. Of course, if you’re on the fence for some crazy reason, you can download a free version to check it out before investing that hard-earned coffee money.

As such, we’ve got high hopes for The Executive.

Pizza vs. Skeletons can be downloaded for $2.99 in the App Store, and a free app is also available. As mentioned, The Executive should reach our iDevices at some point next year; we’ll let you know once it’s available.
