These Popular 'Infini' Jailbreak Tweaks Just Got Updated For iOS 7, ARM64

January 2, 2014

More good news is here, jailbreakers, because three popular jailbreak tweaks - Infinidock, Infiniboard, and Infinifolders - have just received an update for both iOS 7 and ARM64 iDevices (such as the iPhone 5s, iPad Air, and iPad mini with Retina display).

The news of course comes following the release of evasi0n7 for iOS 7 and Cydia Substrate’s subsequent update for 64-bit Apple A7-powered iDevices. Though a growing number of jailbreak tweaks have been optimized for our newer iDevices, Jay Freeman (@saurik) indeed noted that packages must be recompiled for ARM64 iDevices in order for them to be used with an iPhone 5s, iPad Air, or iPad mini with Retina display.

Infinidock for iOS 7 can be downloaded in the Cydia Store for $1.99, and it allows iDevice users to add as many icons as they wish to their iDevice’s dock, and to scroll back and forth between them. The developer explains:

  • Add as many icons as you want to your dock and scroll back and forth.
  • Set how many icons per page.
  • Give your dock pages!

Infiniboard for iOS 7 is available for $0.99, and it allows iDevice users to vertically scroll through their Home screen. The jailbreak tweak’s release notes add:

  • Add unlimited icons to each page, scroll them up and down.
  • Vertical pages, like a vertical home screen on every page.
  • Preserves your icon layouts, even across full iTunes restores.
  • Many settings for full customization.

Finally, Infinifolders for iOS 7 can be downloaded in the Cydia Store for $1.99, and this jailbreak tweak allows iDevice users to add an unlimited number of icons to iOS app folders. Though as of iOS 7, this particular jailbreak tweak is obviously less useful.

All three jailbreak tweaks, Infinidock, Infiniboard, and Infinifolders, can be downloaded in the Cydia Store and are hosted in the BigBoss repository.
