WordPress Update Unveils An iOS 7 Inspired Design

The official iOS app of the blogging platform WordPress has just been updated with a number of new features and improvements.
Easily the biggest change in version 3.9 of the app is the iOS 7 inspired design with a simpler UI and flatter icons. The tab-based UI is a nice change and is much easier to navigate. A redesigned editing and viewing experience of posts or pages is also quite welcomed.
Along with an improved log-in screen and error message notification, users should also enjoy the revamped Reader, Comments, and Notifications sections.
The update also offers a more seamless inline commenting experience and support for deep linking from Twitter.
A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, WordPress can be downloaded now from the App Store for free. Please note that the app now requires iOS 7.
One of the last major updates for the app arrived with version 3.7 in August. That brought a fully native reader and a new account system.
