Celebrate The Oscars With Ellen DeGeneres And Her Hit iOS Game, Heads Up!

The 86th Academy Awards ceremony is just over a couple of weeks away. And in honor of the highly anticipated event, a free limited-time Oscars deck has just been added to the popular guessing game Heads Up!.
As it happens, Heads Up! is the brainchild of Clear co-developer Impending and none other than the upcoming ceremony's host, Ellen DeGeneres:

The player with the top score gets to make an acceptance speech.If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. The new Oscars deck comes to Heads Up! through the game's new update. As noted in the update's release notes, the new deck is "perfect for your viewing party, or preparing for the big night starring Ellen!" Ellen DeGeneres will host the Oscars for the second time, having previously hosted the 79th ceremony in 2007. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Heads Up! is available in the App Store for $0.99. Heads Up! was previously updated a couple of months ago with support for playing user-created decks instead of preloaded ones. Released in May last year for iPhone and iPod touch, Heads Up! was updated with universal support for iPad and iPad mini in July. In December, Apple featured the game in the App Store Best of 2013 under the Great Multiplayer category and as the No. 2 top paid app of the year. Currently, the game is at the No. 7 spot in the App Store's Top Paid Apps chart.
