Stop Procrastinating And Start Getting Things Done With The Newly Updated Procraster
March 16, 2014
Procraster has just received its first major update, four months after its release on iOS.
Essentially, Procraster is an app that helps you switch from being a procrastinator to being a productive doer. When you feel like procrastinating, just open Procraster and follow the app's tips on how to overcome blocks to action.
And now, the new version of Procraster lets you get things done with its new GTD-compatible capabilities, enabling you to use the app to manage all of your tasks and projects:
In addition, the latest update to the app introduces Procraster QuickTask, which uses a special algorithm to quickly pick a task for you to start on. The update also adds the following improvements to Procraster's Stats section:
- Organize by tags and areas of responsibility
- Set due and start date with reminders
- Delegate to your contacts
- Change status: active/paused/completed/dropped
- Add notes
- Sequential and parallel projects
- Task and project search
Procraster now also features data backup via Dropbox, with support for automatic backup once a day. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later, Procraster is available in the App Store for $2.99. For more information on Procraster, check out our original review.
