Super Fast Reminder App Due Gets Long Overdue iOS 7-Inspired Design Overhaul
Due, the super fast reminder app developed by Phocus, has just received a notable update.
The new update brings about a change that you could say has long been overdue for Due: its iOS 7-inspired design overhaul. Indeed, while it retains its established structure, Due has been redesigned based mainly on the visual style of the latest iteration of Apple's mobile operating system. As Phocus puts it, “Flatter, sharper, darker. Better late than never, now for iOS 7.”
The update, which brings Due to version 1.1, also delivers a couple of bug fixes. One, it fixes a bug on the recently released iOS 7.1 that causes the disappearance of the navigation bar for adding and editing reminders on iPad. And two, it fixes a bug that causes a pending sync action to not be triggered when dismissing the editor.
According to MacStories, Due 2.0 is already underway and it will “bring new functionalities to the almost four-year-old app.”
Due is mentioned in AppAdvice's App Showdown of apps for organizing iPhone lists, featuring Reminders, Cheddar, TaskAgent, and Listary.
