For the first time since October 2012, Apple has just released an update to its iTunes Connect app for developers.
Most notable is the complete redesign of the app. Now iOS 7 friendly, there is a large amount of white space along with bright and colorful icons.
And in another big addition, developers can use the app to access music, movies, and TV shows they’ve made available on the App Store. That’s in addition to the usual apps and e-books.
A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, iTunes Connect can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. You’ll need to have iOS 7 or later installed on your device.
Apple has been busy today. Earlier, the company released version 10.9.3 of OS X, iTunes version 11.2, and an updated Podcasts app for iOS devices.
