Catching Fire: Paper Toss Developer Backflip Studios Ignites Ferno Game On iOS

Backflip Studios — the developer of such popular iOS games as Paper Toss, Ragdoll Blaster, NinJump, and DragonVale — has just released a brand new game. And this new game is on fire. Called Ferno, the game challenges you to drag an orb to dodge purple flames or it's game over. Additionally, it challenges you to absorb the orange flames for your orb to grow and for your score to increase. There's the rub: the bigger your orb and the higher your score get, the harder it is to dodge the bad flames. Fortunately, you can choose to bank your points. Note, though, that you have to bank them before you get hit by a purple flame, or they will be all for naught. Note, too, that if you bank too soon, you may end up with a not-so-high score.
