Thomas Was Alone Reaches New Heights With 'Benjamin's Flight' Expansion Pack

June 20, 2014
Thomas Was Alone, the acclaimed geometric platformer developed by Surgeon Simulator creator Bossa Studios, has just received its first content update. The update brings a free expansion pack titled "Benjamin's Flight," whose story is described by Bossa Studios as one "about hope and the wild impetuosity of youth. And jumping." "Benjamin's Flight" follows a character named Benjamin and proves that Thomas may not be so alone after all:
Discover the tale of young Benjamin, who goes in search of the Fountain of Wisdom aided by his father's incredible invention. Benjamin meets a new companion and a familiar face in this story, which takes place in the events leading up to Thomas's emergence.

It also offers the ability to solve puzzles using Benjamin's jetpack. Compatible with iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, the new version of Thomas Was Alone is available now on the App Store. In celebration of the update, the game is currently on sale for just $5.99, instead of its regular price of $8.99. So, if you haven't played Thomas Was Alone yet, now is a good time to get it. Thomas Was Alone was named Game of the Week by AppAdvice shortly after its release last March. [gallery]
