Cydia tweak: OneThumb makes Internet radio station curation much easier
If you’re big on music streaming, using a mixture of Spotify, Pandora, and iTunes Radio in order to get your daily fix, be sure to check out OneThumb.
This new jailbreak tweak lets users perform an Activator gesture in order to input a thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating into either the Spotify app, the Pandora app, or the iTunes Radio pane inside the built-in iOS Music application.
You can configure the package from inside the Settings app, and here OneThumb adds a dedicated preferences pane. Individual Activator actions can be set for both the thumbs-up and thumbs-down gestures, and the option to disable notifications when a gesture is performed inside an incompatible music application is also available.
Of course, in order to enjoy OneThumb you’ll need to have installed Activator; the package is available free of charge, though if you’ve yet to enjoy this popular jailbreak tweak, it’ll be bundled with OneThumb and auto-installed on your iOS device.
Once OneThumb has been activated in this way, you’ll be able to perform your chosen gesture in either Spotify, Pandora, or iTunes Radio (in the Music app) in order to curate Internet stations. It’s as simple as that.
You can download OneThumb free of charge on the Cydia Store, and it’s optimized for iOS 7-powered devices.
