Small Fry makes big splash with new update featuring Hyperspace mode and more

As expected, the first major update to the aquatic endless running game — or "endless swimmer" — Small Fry has surfaced on iOS. The update introduces a new Hyperspace mode, which sees the fishy title character jumping in a spaceship and you, the player, helping him navigate his craft between asteroids and toward the edge of the universe. Of course, Hyperspace employs Small Fry's tried-and-tested one-touch control scheme and includes coins to collect along the way. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. In addition to the new Hyperspace mode, the first major update to Small Fry delivers new daily challenges, which let you earn special rewards by achieving in-game objectives. The new version of Small Fry also includes tutorial and UI tweaks along with bug fixes. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, the new version of Small Fry is available now on the App Store for free.
