Zombieville USA 2 is back from the undead with MFi controller support and more
Over a year and a half since its last update, Zombieville USA 2 is back from the undead with a new major update.
Released in October 2011, Zombieville USA 2 is the sequel to the original Zombieville USA arcade zombie shooter developed by Battleheart Legacy creator Mika Mobile.
The game received its last update back in January 2013. So the arrival of its latest update is something of a surprise, especially as it introduces new features along with additional improvements.
First off, the update adds support for MFi game controllers. As Mika Mobile urges, “Connect your favorite controller and start slaughtering zombies!
The update also introduces three new playable characters (the Panda, the Soldier, and the Swimmer) and rideable vehicles, with which you can “turn piles of zombies into roadkill!”
The new version of Zombieville USA 2 also sees the return of local multiplayer via Bluetooth or, better yet, Wi-Fi.

The updated game also includes the following improvements:
- Endless mode can now be selected by Zombieville veterans. There’s no escape helicopter waiting for you this time…
- You can now delete all data from the options menu, for players looking to remove their progress from the cloud and start over from the beginning.
- It is now possible to speed up the scoreboard at the end of a round by touching the screen (or holding a button down on an MFi controller).
- Improved multiplayer stability.
