Apple to open newest retail store in Italy on Oct. 11
Apple is scheduled to open its newest retail store in Italy this weekend.
As noted by MacRumors, the company is set to hold the grand opening of its store in Marghera, near Venice, at 10 a.m. local time on Saturday, Oct. 11. The new retail outlet is located in the Nave de Vero shopping center.
The soon to open shop is already the 15th Apple retail store in Italy, joining stores in Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Caserta, Catania, Florence, Milan, Rimini, Turin, and, of course, Rome.
As has been customary for the inauguration of Apple retail stores, the grand opening of the new Nave de Vero location is expected to feature the distribution of commemorative T-shirts to the first thousand guests.
Its opening will come just a couple of weeks after that of Apple’s new retail store in Hanover, Germany, and just over a month after the inauguration of another Apple store in Atlanta, Georgia.
Last August, it was reported that Apple would be building its largest retail store yet in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
