ProCamera 8 + HDR update offers an improved vividHDR mode and more
Popular photography app ProCamera 8 + HDR has just made the move up to version 6.1 with a number of improvements.
The recently introduced vividHDR mode, which can be unlocked with a $1.99 in-app purchase, can now create even better images in low light thanks to improved scene analysis.
Along with the new exposure swipe control, a pro control mode allows photographers to set specific value for exposure time, ISO sensitivity, color temperature, and color tint.
Other new features include gray card calibration and a slow motion video player. With that mode, users can adjust the pitch of the audio for realistic playback or funny sound effects.
ProCamera 8 + HDR is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $3.99. ProCamera HD, which is a separate version for the iPad/iPad mini, costs $7.99. It has yet to be updated for iOS 8.
