Apple releases fourth beta version of iOS 8.2 to developers
A little less than a month after releasing the third beta version of iOS 8.2 to developers, Apple has just seeded iOS 8.2 beta 4. It’s available to download over-the-air or directly from Apple’s Developer Center.
The major addition in the iOS beta version is WatchKit. That allows developers to create glances or notifications for the upcoming Apple Watch, which could arrive before the end of March. The device will start at $349, and users will need an iPhone 5 or later to use it.
And according to 9to5Mac, the new beta version allows users to connect via Bluetooth to an Apple Watch. It also confirms that an app specifically for the Apple Watch will be required to use the wearable.
