Blood Brothers 2 storms onto the App Store with more dark fantasy RPG action
First teased late last year, developer DeNA has just launched Blood Brothers 2 on the App Store.
The sequel to the popular fantasy RPG picks up in the world Arnashia, which is at war more than a century after the events of the first game. Along with a campaign mode, gamers can also play in a real-time synchronous player versus player mode.
During the campaign part of the game, players will be able to find and add new recruits while teaming up with some familiar old foes to restore order to the world. The new title retains the same art style, storytelling, and game mechanics from the original.
Here’s the launch trailer for the game. Click here if you can’t see it.
A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, Blood Brothers 2 can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. As usual with this type of game, there are a number of in-app purchases available.
If you download the game during the next seven days, DeNA promises you’ll receive a unique in-game character and other special rewards.
The original game is still available to download from the App Store as well. It’s universal and free as well.
Blood Brothers 2 looks to be another well-designed app from DeNA. I’m looking forward to playing the RPG this weekend.
