Developer Eastwood previews the ETA app for Apple Watch
Another day means another preview of a very nice looking Apple Watch app. This time, developer Eastwood has posted images and a video that shows off its ETA app on the smaller screen of the wearable device.
The simple, yet powerful navigation app looks great on the Apple Watch. The iPhone app itself is very minimalistic, and that same concept is taken to the wearable’s screen.
If you haven’t heard about the app, it gives users quick and easy access to travel times and driving directions. And Eastwood said the Apple Watch app is designed to be a simple extension of the iPhone version.
All of your locations can be viewed in a scrollable list, and users can also see the travel time and estimated time of arrival for each. Selecting a specific location brings up a detailed view and the ability to receive turn-by-turn directions from the watch’s built-in Maps app.
The current ETA app is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded on the App Store for $0.99. The watch app will be a free upgrade for all existing owners and should arrive when the device hits the market in April.

We’ve previously brought you previews of a number of upcoming Apple Watch apps. Some of the more recent include MoneyWiz 2 and MileWiz along with popular to-do app Todoist.
