Fleksy Keyboard update brings iCloud sync, Valentine’s Day content and more
Another high-quality alternative keyboard for iOS 8 devices, Fleksy, has just received a nice update.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day tomorrow, Fleksy is giving all users a free theme celebrating the day. When active, the heartpops extension will show a colorful heart with every key press.
And the keyboard itself is also getting better. With the hotkey extension, users can add a row of customizable keys for often-used things like emojis, symbols, or email addresses.
The globe button on the keyboard can now also be replaced with emoji, a comma, or a dismiss keyboard button.
With iCloud sync, all dictionary words will sync automatically across all devices. And in landscape orientation, more keys have been added to the layout. If you don’t like the layout, it can be disabled in the Settings menu.
Fleksy Keyboard is a universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for $0.99.

Two of my other favorite keyboard options, SwiftKey and GIF Keyboard, also received some nice updates last week.
I’m glad to see so many keyboard options out there for iOS 8 users.
