Fun platformer Escape from the Pyramid is hitting the App Store next week
Escape from the Pyramid, the interesting platform-puzzler from Tama Games, is set to hit the App Store next week, according to the developer.
Specifically, iOS device owners can expect the Egyptian adventure to launch for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch on Monday, March 23. As of this writing, pricing for the title doesn’t appear to have been revealed.
You may remember that we first introduced Escape from the Pyramid last year, and at the time we praised the app’s visual style, its anticipated 45 levels, and its Game Center-powered leaderboards and achievements. Tama Games also noted that its upcoming app would feature “deadly traps and hidden doors,” as well as a total of three different worlds for iOS device owners to explore.
Graphically, Escape from the Pyramid models itself on Egyptian wall art, and this gives a really nice effect. There are also gems and golden beetles for gamers to collect, hidden jars which give time-limited boosts, and final bosses which appear at the end of levels. As you can see in the below trailer, there’s a lot to like about Escape from the Pyramid:
