The Apple Watch arrives …
On Friday, millions of users began to experience Apple Watch, as the wearable device finally began to ship. First introduced in September, the Apple Watch is now being sold in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Not everyone who preordered an Apple Watch on April 10 has received their device. Certain models remain in short supply as the calendar edges closer to May. Most early Apple Watch preorders are expected to arrive before May 8.
Google’s latest initiative is announced
This week, Google unveiled Project Fi, a new wireless service. At its core, Project Fi is very much like any wireless service in the United States, with a few exceptions. With Project Fi, you only pay for the data that you use. Additionally, unlike other services, Project Fi works across multiple networks. At least for now, the service will only work on Nexus 6 devices.
Project Fi will compete with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
Keeping it classy
A Google Maps user was apparently unimpressed with this week’s introduction of the Apple Watch. Using available tools, the user dropped an image onto the Pakistani city of Rawalpindi depicting an Android logo relieving itself on an Apple logo. Google soon pulled the image, but not before the damage was done.
New iPods coming this fall?
For the first time since 2012, it looks like Apple is prepping new iPods. A sixth generation iPod touch could arrive as early as September. The new iPod touch might retain the same 4-inch screen size as the current model, but there is still the possibility for the device to take on the larger screen size of the iPhone 6.
The Comcast/Time Warner Cable merger is dead
The U.S. government has spoken. Comcast will not be merging with Time Warner Cable. Across America, millions of households are celebrating. The government’s attention is now likely to turn to AT&T’s proposed merger with DirecTV.
Wall Street preps for Apple’s earnings report
Cupertino will announce the company’s earnings report for the second quarter of 2015 on Monday, April 27 at 2 p.m. PDT. As usual, all eyes will be on iPhone sales. Apple shipped 43.7 million iPhones at this time last year.
LG Watch Urbane set to arrive
The LG Watch Urbane went on sale in South Korea this week. The Apple Watch competitor will be available in the coming days in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States. The Android Wear device was announced earlier this year.

Fireproof Games has announced that The Room Three will arrive sometime this summer. The second sequel in the popular Room game series was first announced last fall.
