Travel comparison app GoEuro makes it easier than ever to book your European adventure
GoEuro, a free app for the iPhone and iPod touch, is designed to make it easier than ever for owners of Apple’s smartphone to book their own European adventure.
Offering easy comparison of travel options by trains, planes, and automobiles (well, buses) for the United Kingdom and Europe, GoEuro, which users can also access online in a Web version, is a must-have app for anyone planning a visit to the continent.
Besides offering a useful comparison service, GoEuro also delivers deals for its user base and, on a daily basis, it scans some 46,000 routes in order to ensure its customers pay the least amount in travel fares as possible. Finally, the application supports personal profiles (for customizable options, including access to your booked journeys) and it includes built-in subway maps for a number of different cities. In a recently published update (which hit the App Store yesterday), GoEuro has added essential upgrades for iOS 8.3 and “technical improvements,” meaning the application should run faster than ever before.
Unfortunately, GoEuro isn’t optimized for the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, but it is available on the App Store free of charge (meaning you have nothing to lose in taking it for a spin). Grab the free app now, and start planning your own European adventure!
