Badland, Oceanhorn and other 'Amazing Fantasy Games' are on sale on the App Store

Every so often, Apple holds sales on the App Store that offer discounts on certain “amazing” titles. This time, it has opted to highlight “Amazing Fantasy Games” at special pricing.

The promotion features 16 acclaimed fantasy games, notably including: the atmospheric platformers Badland and Limbo; the fantastic sword-fighters Evoland, Goblin Sword, Hero Emblems, Oceanhorn, and Ravensword: Shadowlands; the pixelated builders Block Fortress and Terraria; and not one, not two, but three Final Fantasy games.

Check out the list below for all of the titles included in the sale, each of which is available on the App Store for at least 50 percent off for a limited time. Just tap on any title to download the corresponding game from the App Store at its discounted price:

These “Amazing Fantasy Games” are expected to be available on sale through the next App Store refresh next week only, so be sure to grab the games you want before they revert to their regular prices.

As it happens, Apple’s free App of the Week this week is also a fantasy game. For at least the next seven days, you can get Warhammer: Snotling Fling, which normally goes for $3.99, for free from the App Store.
