Online retailing giant Amazon is launching a new place for the hottest startups to showcase and market their gadgets and other items.

While Amazon Launchpad features a number of different products like home goods, beauty supplies, and even food products, it’s definitely full of a number of awesome iOS-compatible accessories.

One of our favorite products offered through the store is the Sphero 2.0 app-controllable robotic ball, which will set you back $99.99.

Selling for $76.99, the Osmo Gaming System is a great way for kids to play in a combination of real and digital worlds.

The $99.99 second-generation Automatic can help turn most any car into a connected device and will shows drivers trip logs and mileage, engine problems, and more.

Buyers can also purchase more inexpensive accessories like the $29.95 NomadClip Lightning cable that’s shaped like a carabineer. And that’s just a small taste of what’s being offered through the storefront.

I definitely think Amazon Launchpad is a great idea. It allows companies to showcase and offer their products to millions of more potential customers.

And for customers, it’s a much safer and ideal spot to purchase the up-and-coming accessories instead of gambling through crowdfunding sites like Indiegogo or Kickstarter.
