Rock out with two new Bluetooth headphones from Motorola
Who says quality Bluetooth headphones always have to break the bank? Along with announcing a new Android handset, Motorola has recently unveiled a pair of Bluetooth headphones – the Moto Pulse and Moto Surround.
First up, the pictured over-ear Moto Pulse are powered with a pair of 40mm speaker drivers and feature a thin headband and soft ear cushions for maximum comfort. When you’re finished listening, the earcups fold flat for more compact storage.
The battery can provide up to 18 hours of music playback before needing to be recharged, and you can listen up to 60 feet away from your iPhone or iPad.
Thanks to multiport technology, it is also possible to pair two devices to the headphones at one time. You’ll also be able to take and place phone calls with a built-in microphone.
Buyers can select from a black or white version of the Pulse. It retails for $59.99 and can be purchased directly from Motorola now.
Designed to resist water or sweat, the fitness-oriented Surround offers earbuds anchored by a contoured collar that fits around the back of your neck.
The battery can last for up to 12 hours of music playback, and the collar features a microphone for phone calls. It will even vibrate to let you know when you’re receiving a call, even when the earbuds aren’t in your ears.
That set retails for $69.99 and can also be purchased directly from the Motorola site now.
Both headphones are compatible with the companion Motorola Connect app. It offers a Find my iPhone like functionality. If you ever lose your headphones, the app will show you the last place they were connected to your iOS device.
