Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is bringing a taste of Comic Con to Silicon Valley. Running from March 18 to 20, the Silicon Valley Comic Con is expected to draw more than 30,000 people and feature science fiction and technology.

In a recent interview with the Associated Press, Wozniak said he expected the event to be a hit:

“I don’t like doing the same thing as everyone else,” Wozniak said Wednesday. So he teamed with four other partners to try something slightly different.

And Wozniak and his group were able to rope in some big names including William Shatner of “Star Trek” fame along with Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Lea Thompson from the “Back to the Future” trilogy.

More than 30,000 fans are expected to attend the convention.

Along with other entertainment attractions, there will even be a special section with products from technology startups and a panel devoted to the quantum realm:

“The emotions we have for technology now are the same as we get for movies, celebrities and the whole pop culture side of our lives,” he said.

Some tickets are still available and range from $25 to $99.
