It’s time to giddy up and go in the new game Turbo Trot. If you couldn’t tell by the name, get ready for a stable of fun horse racing action with some twists.
A horse and more
Developer Donut Publishing obviously took inspiration from a number of other fun one-touch games like Crossy Road and Flappy Bird when creating the new game.
Like both of those games, Turbo Trot just takes a few seconds to learn, but it’s extremely difficult to master. Hitting one side of the screen allows the horse to trot while pressing the other side is for jumping.
Here’s a look at the gameplay action. Click here if you can’t see it.
While riding the horse, a number of obstacles are placed along the way, forcing you to make the quick decision to trot or jump. Along the way, you’ll hear hysterical commentary on your riding skills.
And hey, you don’t have to be content with simply riding a horse. You can select from a number of other animals to ride like a dragon, giraffe, tortoise, and more.
Turbo Trot is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. There are a number of in-app purchases available.
