It’s as easy as that – tap to fly and keep on tapping to stay in the air. Squeeze between the strange obstacles or it’s gave over.

Score high or get through the levels

For each obstacle you fly your tongue through, you score. If you like level-based gameplay instead, then see if you can make it through the 20 levels.

You can even purchase different tongued characters through the in-app store.

When birds, hens, fish, and politicians have all been used up for the flappy games, apparently a tongue is the next logical option. And of course, you cannot be flying through lickable obstacles; otherwise you would be too tempted to hit one on purpose. Instead, you squeeze between a ball and chain with an axe setup when you start.

Being as unskilled at these flappy games as I am, I am still on the first level. So, I cannot wait to see what obstacles pop up in the upcoming levels as I progress.

If you are a big fan of the flappy games, then certainly give Flying Tongue a go. You can play the Classic mode or try to lick your way through the 20 challenging levels. Just beware; the game is heavily ad-supported.
