Bizarre App of the Week: Super Digestion Moose
In our most recent Bizarre App of the Week column, we had fun finding an invisible cow. This week, we will introduce you to some enjoyment by feeding a moose. Well, at least we hope you feed it, because if the moose turns into dust, it’s on you.
What is it?
This is a game where you must feed the moose good foods, while avoiding the bad ones. Let’s start with what this odd little gem is all about:
Tap the good food
The moose enjoys apples and carrots, so just tap them as they fall and they will bounce right into its mouth. The lemon is considered a super food, which means you want to grab one when you can.
Avoid the laxatives
Mushrooms are definitely not good for the moose. If you accidentally feed it one, you will be greeted by not only a long trail of poop, but a moose that turns to dust soon after, leaving nothing behind but antlers.
What makes it bizarre?
The name of the game is quite strange to begin with, but it certainly does sum up the concept. Feeding a moose and watching it drop normal pooplets from healthy food is one thing. However, the long, stringy trail of poop left behind after eating a laxative, although a not realistic image, is still gross. And, the poor moose evaporating when it isn’t fed quickly enough really stinks.
Is it worth a look?
Super Digestion Moose is actually a decent game as far as the actual gameplay goes. You just have to make sure to tap the good foods as they are falling so that they bounce into the moose’s mouth. The animal starts off with a full stomach, but that belly buckles pretty rapidly. So, be on your toes and ready to tap if you do not want to be responsible for its starvation.
Super Digestion Moose is available for free on the App Store with a $0.99 in-app purchase to remove the ads. It is designed for both iPhone and iPad.
