Instagram Adds Dark Mode for iOS 13, Great New Security Feature

For any iPhone running iOS 13, you can now take advantage of Instagram using dark mode.

To see it in action, go the Settings > Display & Brightness on your iPhone. You can choose dark mode, or switch it to the automatic option. That will activate the dark mode from sunset to sunrise or a custom schedule.

The photo-sharing social network has also added a great new security feature to help protect from phishing attempts. If you ever receive an email from Instagram, and want to confirm that it is authentic, go to Settings > Security in the App. Select Emails from Instagram. That section will show any emails from Instagram in the last 14 days.
