You Can Now Battle Across Servers in Real Time in MU Origin
If you’ve been playing it, prepare to spend a lot more time on it. If not, then prepare to meet what might very well be your new favorite time-sinker. I’m referring to MU Origin, the popular free-to-play real-time dark-fantasy mobile MMORPG developed by site sponsor Webzen, which has just received a huge update that introduces a number of significant features and enhancements.
The latest update to MU Origin brings a new Title system, which allows you to upgrade your character beyond its limits while the Title is equipped. It also includes a new name change system, which lets you set a new name that matches your companion’s or that otherwise suits your guild. There’s also a new story dungeon called Treasure Cave. And then there’s a new Endless Tower, which means more floors of monsters for you to conquer.
But those aren’t even the biggest additions to MU Origin. On the contrary, the game’s new update also sees the arrival of the server arena, Muren’s book, the specialty system, and the Guardian soul feature.
Server arena
Battling across servers in real time and seeing who the mightiest warrior of them all is? That is now possible in MU Origin thanks to a new PVP system called the server arena.
Muren’s book
The wisdom and spells of the legendary sorcerer Muren is at your disposal. Just open Muren’s book, if you dare, and try to tap into its mysterious power.
Specialty system
Take advantage of the specialty system to unleash your true power. After all, warriors with special powers make the battlefield vastly more exciting.
Guardian soul
Have some extra journal extra essences? With the Guardian Soul feature, you can feed them to your Guardian to get buffs and effects, which you can then use to ward off adversaries.
