Back in early March, Apple unveiled a unique HomePod ad featuring musician and dancer FKA twigs and directed by Spike Jonze. And a new behind-the-scenes video from AdWeek is taking a look at how the more than 4-minute-long video was made.
One of the more interesting tidbits from the video is that how little CGI was used in the final and colorful product. The expanding set mostly used hydraulics.
It also shows how other elements like the lighting and music were created. FKA twigs even auditioned for the video via FaceTime.
