Nintendo Will Soon Discount Super Mario Run by 50 Percent

To celebrate Mario Day, Nintendo has recently announced that it will soon be discounting the full Super Mario Run game by 50 percent.

Gamers can unlock all levels for $4.99 starting on Saturday, March 10. The discount will be available until Sunday, March 25.

Originally arriving back in late 2016, Super Mario Run was one of the first mobile games from Nintendo. In the game, Mario is continually running, and you’ll need to guide him while reaching coins and those goal poles.

While the title was highly anticipated, most gamers didn’t pay to unlock the entire game. And Nintendo has shifted to a free-to-play with in-app purchases in its later efforts, including Mario Kart Tour that’s scheduled to arrive sometime before March 2019.

In 2017, the game’s first major update arrived with a number of new playable characters and game modes.

You can download Super Mario Run now on the App Store. It’s designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. The first few levels are available to play, but the entire game is unlocked with an in-app purchase.
