The CW's Upcoming Apple TV App Won't Require a Cable Subscription
Just in time for the start of the fall television season, The CW is planning to release a great Apple TV app. According to iDigitalTimes, every show on network will be available on the app when it arrives sometime next week.
No cable subscription needed
A number of show including “The Flash” and others have been promoting The CW app. “Every show” will be available to watch without a cable subscription or login.

The app, which will also support AirPlay from iOS devices, will only showcase newer episodes. A recent network deal with Netflix will see complete seasons of popular shows premiere on the streaming service just a few days after the a season finale.
Currently, The CW iOS app allows fans to view the last five episodes of their favorite show.
