Tim Cook Honors Steve Jobs on What Would Have Been His 62nd Birthday
On what would have been Steve Jobs’ 62nd birthday, Tim Cook took to Twitter to remember the former Apple CEO and co-founder.
Remembering Steve
The current Apple CEO remembered Jobs with a great quote. Jobs passed away in 2011 after battling pancreatic cancer.

Earlier this week, Apple announce that its “spaceship” campus, originally envisioned by Jobs, now has an official name – Apple Park. The facility opens its doors to employees in April.
To honor Jobs, the facility’s new theater will be officially named the Steve Jobs Theater. Opening later in the year, the 1,000-seat theater will include a 20-foot-tall glass cylinder at its entrance, 165 feet in diameter, which supports a metallic carbon-fiber roof.
Keeping it simple
A new t-shirt from Homage remembers a great quote from Apple and Jobs.
And to celebrate the occasion, Homage has just introduced a great t-shirt with a famous phrase that appeared on one of Apple’s first marketing brochures – “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
The long-sleeve shirt can be purchased now for $38 from the site.
