watchOS 6.2 is Now Available to Download

Apple has just released watchOS 6.2 for Apple Watch users.

Here are the complete release notes:

watchOS 6.2 includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes:
– Introduces in-app purchases for ‌Apple Watch‌ apps
– Fixes an issue where music playback could pause when switching from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth connectivity
– ECG app on ‌Apple Watch‌ Series 4 or later now available in Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey
– Irregular heart rhythm notifications now available in Chile, New Zealand, and Turkey

You can download watchOS 6.2 now on the companion Watch app by going to the My Watch tab and selecting General > Software Update.

On an Apple Watch, you can also update by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

When updating, the watch needs to have more than 50 percent power, placed on a charger and in range of an iPhone.
