YouTube Update Brings a New Filter, Search Improvements

The first major addition in version 11.43 is a new filter for your videos. After uploading a video with the app, you can hit the Filters button and try out the new Dream setting.

Searching in the app has also been made easier. If you’re signed in when pressing the search icon, it will show recently searched terms and other personalized recommendations. To delete a search term, just swipe left. Through the app’s Settings, you can also pause or clear a search history.

Finally, when you click on timestamp links in a comment, it will now advance the video to the correct position.

YouTube is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
