It's Official: Apple iPad 3 Event Scheduled For March 7

Apple has made it official. The company's iPad 3 event is being held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on Wednesday, March 7 at 10 a.m. PST. The company began sending out invitations to the event today.
By the look of the attached photo, rumors that the iPad 3 will include a Retina display seem founded. In addition, the newest tablet could also include a better resolution, better camera and tapered shell, and an A5X processor. In addition, the iPad 3 could arrive with a higher price tag than its predecessors.
A new Apple TV is also expected to arrive on March 7.
