Since it’s release in April last year, Silent Film Director has been one of the most acclaimed video apps designed for iPhone and iPod touch. As such, it has found its way to a lot of users’ devices. Vintagio is the upcoming new version of Silent Film Director. Expected to be released by the end of next week, Vintagio is touted as the “iMovie for retro videos.”
MacPhun, the development company behind Silent Film Director, actually has an interesting history of updating and rebranding its apps. Just last month, it relaunched Color Splash Studio as ColorStrokes. And Silent Film Director itself used to be known as Vintage Video Maker.
