Could you be the successful chief executive officer of a major call center? That's the question put to iDevice owners in Smooth Operators!, a new addition to the App Store in which players are charged with the task of building up a call center business, hiring and firing staff, increasing productivity, and - most importantly - earning profit.
Already available for Windows-powered PCs, the game has recently made the leap to iOS. As developer Bulkypix explains:
