Evomail Evolves With Yahoo And iCloud Mail Support Plus Dropbox And Box Integration

July 18, 2013
The modern mobile email app Evomail has just received a new update. This update brings some speed improvements for loading mail and searching contacts. More notably, though, it brings support for snoozing messages, attaching files from a couple of cloud storage services, and adding accounts from a couple of non-Google email providers. Prior to this new update, Evomail allowed connecting email accounts from Gmail and Google Apps only. But thanks to this update, the app now also lets you add your Yahoo and iCloud mail accounts. Presumably, more email providers will be supported by Evomail through its upcoming updates. The new version of Evomail also introduces the triaging ability to snooze messages and have them return at a later time or date. Sounds familiar? Well, it's a feature made popular by Mailbox, another modern mobile email app. Speaking of Mailbox, it was updated last week with the ability to attach files from Dropbox. Now, Evomail has been updated with that ability as well. In addition, Evomail has also been updated with support for attaching files from Box, which you can't expect to be integrated into the Dropbox-owned Mailbox. The new version of Evomail is available now in the App Store. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later. An AppAdvice App of the Week awardee, Evomail was launched as a $2.99 iPad app early last May. But it has been available to download for free since it went universal with support for iPhone and iPod touch last month. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
