Hipstamatic Oggl, the excellent Instagram rival released by Hipstamatic last May, has just snapped a new update that brings a number of notable enhancements. For starters, the latest update to Hipstamatic Oggl adds support for the following contextual taps when browsing photos:
Furthermore, the update adds support for searching photos by hashtag. The new version of Hipstamatic Oggl also features a couple of sharing enhancements. First, it now includes options to auto-tag photos when sharing to Instagram or Twitter. And second, it now comes with the ability to display likes, comments, and the like from other social networks right within the photo library. The new version of Hipstamatic Oggl is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later. The newly updated app also adds an advanced option to save every version of edited photos, support for username login, some localization improvements, and the usual bug fixes and performance optimizations. Last Fourth of July, Hipstamatic Oggl was fittingly updated with the freedom, as it were, to export lenses and films from Hipstamatic instead of having to repurchase them.
