See Recently Played Songs And On-Air DJs In iHeartRadio With Live Radio Profiles
July 30, 2013
The popular digital radio app iHeartRadio has just received an update that brings Live Radio Profiles.
The new Live Radio Profiles feature lets you view the recently played songs and on-air DJs for your favorite live radio stations. Accessible through the new "i" button in the live radio playback screen, this feature also includes the latest news, photos, videos, and contests.
And while listening to a live radio station or a custom station in the new version of iHeartRadio, you can now easily purchase the songs you like.
The new version of iHeartRadio is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later.
Previously, the app was updated with an improved look and feel, an enhanced audio player, and a "Perfect For" feature that lets you listen to music that's perfect for any mood or activity.
Also available in the App Store, also for free, is iHeartRadio for Auto, an edition of iHeartRadio that's specifically designed for use in a car, truck, or SUV.
Just last week, iHeartRadio launched the beta of a new feature simply called Talk. It's touted as the first mass-market audio platform that offers on-demand listener-created talk content alongside popular news, celebrity, and entertainment "audiosodes."
